Moderator:
Michelle N. Ogborne is a mediator and licensed attorney who focuses her practice on family law, collaborative divorce, mediation, and estate planning. She guides her clients through the complex legal issues that affect their lives by using a family-focused approach designed to minimize the risk of litigation and promote healthier co-parenting relationships. Her firm maintains an extensive network of community partners whom she collaborates with to provide clients with the ancillary services needed to navigate the personal challenges that accompany their legal situation.

Prior to attending law school, she was the director of a Phoenix-area domestic violence shelter, where she helped empower women to change their situation and their lives, as well as their children's future. After law school, Michelle worked for a national products liability defense litigation law firm and a local insurance and medical negligence defense law firm before opening her own law firm in 2012.

She now uses her skills and experiences to educate families, encourage collaboration and settlement, and build communities to support individuals and families as they transition through major life events. She strives to provide her clients with compassionate and exceptional legal representation, while utilizing a creative problem solving approach that ensures her clients’ rights and interests are protected while focusing on the needs of the children and creating the best outcome for the family's success.
